"The Oath of a Fire Bringer" is the first part of a trilogy. Inspired by the myth of Prometheus and his will to defy the Gods and give fire to humanity. Philosophically fire symbolises the hidden knowledge of the world and the risks you have to take when you seek the truth. Defying the authority in any form, is an act of resistance in terms of ethical and personal ascendance. We have to seek the "fire" and defy "Gods" if we wanna be a better society. It's an oath we have to take as individuals for the sake of ourselves and the generations to come.
lyrics
"The Oath of a Fire Bringer"
Come and see the fire
and never lie to me.
For every word
I take for granded,
a serpent lies within.
and so forth...
and so on...
Wake me up,
from this world,
I saw all faces,
became the One.
An ever-living fire,
Low and behold,
strife within the spiral,
is never ending...
Come and take the fire,
there is truth in me.
For every breath
and storming waters,
a never-ending spin.
and so forth...
and so on...
Wake me up,
from this world,
I know all faces,
became the One.
An ever-living fire,
Low and behold,
strife within the spiral,
is never-ending...

This is colossal. I’ve been enjoying these guys for years but this album is next level. They seemed to have found their stride & it’s a biggin’. I feel that they’re heading into the Groove/Rock Genre of Clutch but still carry that epic, larger-than-life sound you’d expect from Zeppelin or later era Soundgarden. Their sound is tighter than a fish’s ass (and that’s water tight) & whatever these guys are doing; I’m loving it. And…the vocals are so, so, so good! I’m excited for their next outing. Harry Harrison
